While many of the rentals in the area restrict stays to arriving on Saturday and departing on the following Saturday this property offers flexible scheduling. Flexible scheduling means you can arrive and depart any day of the week which is pefrect for those guests taking advantage of the inexpensive flights to our area.

Local attractions include restaurant row, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot landing, House of Blues, water parks, the Sea Aquarium, Alabama Theater and all that Myrtle and North Myrtle have to offer.

✔ North Myrtle Beach Quiet Time Ordinance in effect from 11pm - 8am
✔ Parking is free. Passes must be displayed in vehicle at all time.
✔ Minor children must be accompanied by parent, guardian, or relative of legal age in pool areas
✔ Occupancy limit strictly enforced

■■ Guidelines For Renting Property
✔ Primary Renter minimum age 25
✔ Primary Renter must reside during stay
✔ Government Issued ID required to make reservation
✔ Signed rental agreement and credit card on file required before receiving access information
✔ Major credit card must be on file for security deposit hold. There will be a temporay authorization placed
on card 3 days prior to arrival. The hold will automatically release 3 days after departure if there are no
issues or damages.
