Plenty of nearby options for food and shopping. Maps make it deceiving so when you get down there you realize how close everything really is.”

“Our host Randy was very attentive and friendly. He greeted us when we visited and was very good at communicating about the apartment. He made arrangements to add an additional upholstered chair and 6 dining room chairs replacements which were more comfortable that the original chairs. He also sent over a missing Hair Dryer! Excellent host”

“Great ocean front location with easy access to stores and restaurants. Waterpointe 1 is being painted and looks beautiful. Building and this unit are clean and well maintained. Unit 504 has a nice balcony with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Comfortable beds and a fun decor. Hosts were pleasant and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!”
